Prices, photos and descriptions on this site are general information, not an offer. Estimates are free and given after we see the job in person. A price is firm only when it is in a written estimate from us, and an estimate is good for the time written on it. If the job changes, or we find hidden damage once work starts, the price can change. We'll tell you before we do the extra work.

Booking a time online is a request for a visit. Weather, materials and earlier jobs can move a date, and we'll let you know if we need to reschedule.

Invoices are due as written on the invoice. Card payments online go through Stripe. Bigger jobs may need a deposit.

We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll come look at it. Any warranty, and how long it lasts, is the one written in your estimate or contract.

Keep your password to yourself. When you sign or accept something in the portal, that counts as your signature, the same as signing on paper.

Don't try to break into the site, flood its forms, send spam through it, or copy it to pass off as your own. The photos and words on this site belong to us.

We work to keep this site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is. We don't promise it will always be up or free of mistakes. Nothing on it is professional advice about your home; ask us about your job.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using this website itself, such as the site being down, a mistake on a page, or a link to another company's site. This does not limit our responsibility for work we do at your property, which follows your estimate or contract and the law.

Some links lead to other companies, such as Stripe's payment page. Those pages run under their owners' terms.

These terms follow Mississippi law. Any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi.

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they last changed.
